I understand our Service Manager, Rusty Gold, has spoken with you on this issue. You came in twice telling us you were experiencing a transmission slipping. There were no codes going off on your vehicle. We test drove it twice and did not experience any problems. We were focusing on the transmission, but if we had noticed anything else during one of our drives, we certainly would have addressed that. You told Rusty you actually had a motor mount issue, which is nothing like a transmission issue. We are sorry we could not help you, but glad you were able to diagnose and have the issue resolved.
