Our 2nd SUV from Axelrod We pass two other Buick dealers to buy from Axelrod Buick/GMC. There is none of the usual car dealer run around that we've experienced at other store We pass two other Buick dealers to buy from Axelrod Buick/GMC. There is none of the usual car dealer run around that we've experienced at other stores. Ordering the car was easy. The fair price was established up front with no dickering involved. Though we were buying with cash our meeting with the finance guy was pleasant and brief. (At another dealership I actually had to threaten to call the police to get my keys back for my own car!) Since cars are technologically complex nowadays we were pleased with the thorough explanation of every aspect that Sophia and Simon provided. In a few years we'll order our electric autonomous suv from 'em! More

Just OK My husband and I were helping my father in law purchase his very first new vehicle. We went in and spoke with Richard Dues. He was very friendly, ga My husband and I were helping my father in law purchase his very first new vehicle. We went in and spoke with Richard Dues. He was very friendly, gave us the pricing for the vehicle and wasn't pushy. We came back the next day to finalize the deal. Everything was going well until the end. Richard told me you can leave, we're all done now, we just need to show him the details of the car and he"ll be on his way in the next 15-20 minutes. My father in law sat there for almost 2 hours with no one helping him. I called my father in law after an hour to see how the car was and he said he was still sitting there. I called the dealership and asked what was going on and why they left my father in law just sitting there. They said they would make sure that someone went back and helped him. Almost another hour went by before someone came over to him to show him the car. The girl took 15-20 minutes to go over the car and sent him on his way. He was also supposed to get a remote start with the car and they said it would take about a week or so to get in. It's been 2 weeks and it's still not in. Richard did call 2 days ago and said the part was ordered but hasn't arrived yet. All in all it wasn't a bad experience just the best. More
