Friendly, efficient and qualified. I bought my car at Axelrod seven years ago and I haven’t taken it for maintenance or repair anywhere else. Service is prompt and efficient, including I bought my car at Axelrod seven years ago and I haven’t taken it for maintenance or repair anywhere else. Service is prompt and efficient, including the first person who greets me when I pull into the garage. The intake person suggests other maintenance and explains why; I don’t need to worry about unnecessary service. The waiting room is very comfortable if I choose to wait, but it is nice to know someone is there to take me back home and pick me up as an option. I feel confident in Axelrod’s qualified mechanics; if I would experience a further problem, I am sure the situation would be remedied as quickly as possible. I also appreciate the car wash if weather permits. More
