Great Staff I took my car to Axelrod for my first complimentary oil change. The woman checking me in named Dorothy is very professional very friendly and very he I took my car to Axelrod for my first complimentary oil change. The woman checking me in named Dorothy is very professional very friendly and very helpful. she even took me to my car and showed me how to find the oil display button. My salesman Brandon Leek was walking through the waiting area when he recognized me which very much impressed me. it’s been almost one year since I’ve been there. he too was helpful as he came out to my car and got my cell phone synced, got my clock reset and showed me how to use the all-wheel-drive dial. I would recommend Axlerod. My husband plans to visit Brandon when he is ready to trade in his Denali truck for a new one. More

Tough diagnosis I explained car had hard downshift from 2nd to 1st after driving awhile. No problem was found, but car only had 2 miles put on it.
