No communication Called to make an appointment after my ABS light came on. Could not get in for a week and a half. Got there at 10:30. At about 12:30 had not heard a Called to make an appointment after my ABS light came on. Could not get in for a week and a half. Got there at 10:30. At about 12:30 had not heard a word. Went back up to the service desk and he told me they had just diagnosed the problem and he was on the phone with the warranty people. He said they did not have the sensor in stock. Now my son had diagnosed the problem before we even made the appointment by reading the code and he told them what it was. Why did it take them over 2 hours and why had they not ordered the part ahead of time. Then I had to ask for a rental car (that the warranty covered) because he thought I was going to leave with my car that wasn't fixed. Then I would have had to make a whole new appointment and wait all over again. By the time the rental car company came and picked me up and we went there to get a rental car, I didn't get home till 2:30pm. Wasted the entire day and got nothing done. At least my car was fixed the next day so I was happy about that. More

Susie did financial part of it all..she's very nice and easy to talk to and she goes beyond measures to get you what you could afford just like Chris. Great people to work with...hands down!! I would recommend everyone I know and don't know to go to Axelrod in Parma. More
