I was disappointed in the experience I was advised I should not let my car get to zero on oil life. While that would have been nice if I could have gotten an appointment within a week of I was advised I should not let my car get to zero on oil life. While that would have been nice if I could have gotten an appointment within a week of calling you that was unfortunately impossible. Then when telling the the lady at the desk about a tire pressure light I was told I would have to pay 99 dollars for a diagnostic of the problem. I couldn’t even finish what I was saying. What I was going to ask was if I could pay to have a tech disable the light because I have after market tires. I was willing to pay for the service but when getting a diagnostic fee shoved down my throat I would rather spend my money with someone who will at lest listen to me. I then get a call saying my water pump was leaking. Which was correct, I am now getting it fixed at another shop you want to know why? Your service writer told me it would be 1300 dollars! I laughed, I had gotten it priced the day before at multiple shops for half that price. I understand you have to make money. This is after all the reason why you do what you do. I am not ignorant on cars and the true cost of fixing them so they didn’t appreciate the price gouging your service department attempted. I should be able to trust you enough to send my family to your company. After this experience I will be telling my family over the holidays to not trust the dealership up the road from where we live. To take it anywhere else and that your service department can not be trusted. I’m not giving this review to speak hate but in the hopes that you take a look at your service department and maybe come back to reality in a few key areas of customer service.
