Low tire pressure made me get my tire checked before I made my drive to work in Cleveland. I waited for a tire store to open to get my tire checked, they checked and couldn’t find anything and charged me. made my drive to work in Cleveland. Saturday we came for a scheduled oil change and a scheduled parts appointment to get the rain guards put on to the vehicle. I waited until they called me back to look at the vehicle after it was comp scheduled parts appointment to get the rain guards put on to the vehicle. I waited until they called me back to look at the vehicle after it was completed and it was the wrong rain guard that was ordered in the first place. They were the out of the channel rain guards when I specifically ordered in the channel rain guards. To fix the problem they kept my car and gave me a loaner car so that I could go home since the parts department said the service people were no longer in to fix the problem. The correct in the channel rain guards were ordered and they were put on the car and we were notified Wednesday that it was complete for us to pick up the car. We came out Thursday to pick the car up and return the loaner car. Upon leaving, we tested the windows to make sure they went up and down with the rain guards as they should. The windows went down but they did not go back up without hitting the rain guard as they were loose and not properly fit in the channel. The cashier helped us get a manager so the problem could be addressed. The parts manager was not available so the sales manager from upfront came out to look at it. He remarked that it was very loose. He opened the door to look at it further and when he touched it very lightly the rain guard popped out of the channel. We just asked for a complete refund, sales manager told cashier to give us a complete refund, cashier gave us a complete refund. Before we left with the vehicle the back left rain guard popped off and out of the window channel. The sales manager Jim Quinn was the manager who assisted us and the cashier, Miss Owens, helped us with the refund. To clarify, the poor rating does not reflect our interactions with staff. The rating reflects the quality of service that was put into the vehicle. The rain guards were installed but they were never tested and this was made known to the sales manager right away. Again, staff who assisted us were great especially Dorothy and Miss Owens. More
