When I went to this dealership, I was considering trading in my current vehicle and purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I was treated poorly by the new sales department. I have been a loyal customer for thr past 9 years and my wife's family for the past 30 years. I placed an order for a new truck 6 weeks ago (for busi I have been a loyal customer for thr past 9 years and my wife's family for the past 30 years. I placed an order for a new truck 6 weeks ago (for business) and had explained the urgency of this purchase to two of the three salesman I dealt with. Not one of the sales men communicated any updates the entire 6 weeks. When this dealership belonged to Axelrod, we were treated as if our hard earned money spent at this dealership mattered. Check engine light has come 3 separate times after 3 separate dealership visits, when I was told the issue was resolved and charged $550.00 for the parts and labor. I have no faith left in this dealership. More
Don’t make my mistake of purchasing a high end vehicle from this joke of a dealership. Service department inexperienced in providing quality service. Overall happy with dealership. The only thing is my messages left with salesman were not returned. Had to call back.
