Brought my 2021 Grand Cherokee with 5,500 miles to the dealer early on a Monday morning, but it wasn't looked at until the following Thursday (9 business days). Says he has good news and the issue, a rattle under the dashboard, has been fixed. I pick up the car and it was exactly the same. I find Camilo Ocampo the manager and he explained that when they inspected the vehicle they found a loose heat plate, which they tightened, but that was not the problem. He said some cars simply have a rattle that cannot be fixed. This is a new car and in my view that is an unacceptable answer. Especially when the service advisor called me and told me the issue had been fixed. I guess they were hoping I would simply drive away and never show up again. I have take up my issue with FCA directly. In separate visits (I've had 3 warranty issues on this new car) it's been disorganized to get my car back and to get a ride home (e.g. Lyft system was down, no rentals available). I now understand why dealer experience ratings are so low for Jeep vehicles. More
