The dealership never answers the phone. Literally, after they forward you to someone two or three times who doesn’t answer, they will just not answer your call again no matter what. You have to go up there for them to pretend it was an accident. When you call, instead of them looking up your car by your name or license plate, they ask for your service advisor whom you my once and probably didn’t give you a card. The service advisor will not call to follow up and will not email you a pdf of your estimate. This dealership does not make it easy on you at all. I didn’t even get my car cleaned during my last visit although they had me waiting two weeks without proper communication. I spoke with the manager and low and behold it happens again. Edward was nice and friendly but was unhelpful with sending me my estimate by email as a pdf and he never answered the phone. Juan Rivera was rude and returned my car a week late without it being cleaned or anything. More
