I had a coupon (pay for 3 oil changes for $59) that was email to me by the dealership, so I presented it to the service advisor and he stated that he I had a coupon (pay for 3 oil changes for $59) that was email to me by the dealership, so I presented it to the service advisor and he stated that he had a better deal 5 oil change with tax and service parts for 89 dollars. So I said ok. When my vehicle was ready, I went to the cashier and ask what paperwork would I receive for my other oil change’s, she said you only have one oil change for $89, so I ask to speak to a manager, the service manager came I explained the problem that was having, he came and said that’s not true about the 5 for 89 dollars. Very unhappy customer. More
