I had an appointment for 10:30a for an oil change, which is a service that they advertise needs no appointment. I came in around 10a, checked in with Julio Nice who was great, and had a seat to wait for my is a service that they advertise needs no appointment. However, I figured they were busy and I’m relatively patient. I waited from 10a to 12p, with no update. I called their number for an update and Steve answered. He came to see me and told me my car wasn’t done and wouldn’t be done until about 3p. Having an appointment at 10:30a for an oil change and being told it wouldn’t be done until 3 is excessive to me. I told him I would take an Uber to work and come back to pick up my car. As I’m waiting for my Uber, a young man brings my car to the front to me. I ask if it’s done, he says no but he was told I wanted my car back. At that point another young man, assuming one of their mechanics, overheard our conversation and offered to do my oil change. He quoted me 20 min and I think it actually was 20-25min so that was great. My experience overall was a poor one due to lack of updates and time efficiency. Although everyone was very polite and professional during my interactions with them, I feel as if my car was forgotten about. Julio was great, the mechanic dude was cool, Steve tried to help I guess but overall I wouldn’t come back again. Even if it’s free. More

I came for a change of oil and offer me to change the vehicule… then next day Inpresent a issue with the star/stop and they can help me… so I went to other jeep that have more people to service and gimme vehicule… then next day Inpresent a issue with the star/stop and they can help me… so I went to other jeep that have more people to service and gimme my car en 2 hours… and in Aventura they said the can help because no one was there… also I called one day to said this problem and if something quick only 1 hour, but can help because its to early I went 7:30 no client at all.
