They did not solve my problem, I went with a fault in the engine temperature and smell of burnt oil, at first they told me that the problem was the fluids and that I had to clean it so that the check engine engine temperature and smell of burnt oil, at first they told me that the problem was the fluids and that I had to clean it so that the check engine disappears and that I did not have any loss of oil, and the temperature worked fine. After 4 days I remove the van and I feel the smell of burnt oil again and when I check I had a super loss of oil and the check engine turns on again the same day of removal. I talk to Roberto Ortiz again and he tells me to take it back to check it again, it takes more than 7 days to tell me that yes, it had an oil leak and that the oil sensor turned on the check engine, with a high estimate. And I was able to communicate thanks to the fact that I made an incredible number of calls from the 6th day. It's ridiculous that the first time I took it they didn't see such an oil leak (they really checked it? Or they didn't even see it and they charged me $1000 for pleasure?) and the sensor that they told me is faulty and that turns on the check engine is activated when the engine oil drops. That is, because it fails if I had oil that had been put in new for days. A waste of time and money when you take it. Never again and I will not recommend it to anyone. What's more, the same day I removed it there was another person complaining about the same thing. A shame. More
