This has to be the worst service dealership that I’ve been to. From the moment you speak with the service rep it shows that they do not care at all. I felt like a number. My service rep Sharon had a very been to. From the moment you speak with the service rep it shows that they do not care at all. I felt like a number. My service rep Sharon had a very cold attitude and was very short with her answers. It honestly made me feel that this would be the last time I ever purchase a dodge product. They lost my wheel nut but In addition to that I requested service on other areas of the vehicle and Sharon told me that I would have to drop off the car and wait two weeks to pick it up. That is unacceptable. So am I supposed to rent a car for two weeks and occur a bunch of fees while waiting for a diagnostic? That is terrible! Overall terrible experience in the group in north miami just really don’t care at all. What so ironic is that this is coming from a person who purchased the vehicle brand new from the exact location. A $60,000 car! Where is the loyalty to your clients? Coming from a luxury vehicle before the dodge Durango I honestly understand why most people stay away from these terrible dealership. I think management needs to do a better job with hiring services reps. Sharon was absolutely terrible! More

Let’s start saying what they offer is not what you get! Stay away they will rip you off. When I was signing the contract to buy the car , the guy offers a extended warranty that covers bumper to bumper ( Stay away they will rip you off. When I was signing the contract to buy the car , the guy offers a extended warranty that covers bumper to bumper (fake) , I’m paying $7.200 extra on the car for that service that don’t cover nothing! Not cover filter change , no battery, no services! He told me that I would not worry about nothing no worry about oil change etc… that’s not true. I was ripped off that is the true! Now I’m at the dealer service department to do a oil change and tire rotation and guess what I got the rudest ladie (Shannon is her name) and she told me that I have to pay for the services and I was telling her that I have a extended warranty that I’m paying $7,200 extra and she told me that not her problem, she say my claims are expired and in the contract is not expired. She don’t want to do her job well and when I asked she got mad. This is unacceptable, the offer something that they not covering. Be alert when they offer extend warranty and promises things to get more money. More
