I needed a new battery. The 1st person in Service said that I had to leave my car & due to Holiday would not get it back for 3 days. I couldn't leave my car. Finally Steve.. The 1st person in Service said that I had to leave my car & due to Holiday would not get it back for 3 days. I couldn't leave my car. Finally Steve...the manager in Service came because I asked to see him. He finally fixed the problem for which I am very grateful but the 1st person was rude & not helpful at all. I depend on you after 13 years connection to accommodate me. Thank you. More
