Mark Leslie of Aventura CJDR spoke with Henry Angulo regarding his concerns. Mr. Angulo's truck is currently at another dealership for service. That dealership advised Mr. Angulo that the problem with the vehicle is the transmission but now they are telling Mr. Angulo the engine is the main problem. Mr. Angulo stated that he is very upset with the way the situation has turned out and at this point is not trusting anyone with determining the actual problem with his vehicle. Mark Leslie explained to Mr. Angulo that Aventura CJDR initially had advised the engine is overheated badly and needed to be repaired. Mr. Angulo says he does not trust Aventura CJDR or the other shop and hung up the phone on Mark Leslie. Aventura CJDR still stands by the initial determination that the engine is the issue with Mr. Angulo's vehicle.
