When I first arrived, I was sent to a service adviser named Phil. However, Phil was not at his station. After waiting for over five minutes, I went back in and Shannon took care of me. When the vehicle was handed over, the tech rotated my tires but failed to put air in them, leading to a TPS warning. Interestingly, the tech handed the car over with the TPS warning and failed to tell me or Shannon. More
