I had a stressful experience with the Jeep repair service. It’s not a good business model to keep a car for three days before even taking a look at it, and I suspect this was due to a lack of personn service. The service advisor was friendly and helpful when I initially interacted with them, but then they disappeared afterward, possibly due to high volume. Ultimately, the customer should not have to bear the cost in car rental due to a business’s operational shortcomings on top of the already high dealer service fees. More
