I went in because I was getting Auto Stop/Start error messages, and I suspected that my battery had a problem, which is what I told them. I guess they saw this as an opportunity, because they confirmed messages, and I suspected that my battery had a problem, which is what I told them. I went to another auto shop, and they ran numerous tests and let me know that there was absolutely nothing wrong with either of my batteries. They are thieves and cannot be trusted. More
