Mark Leslie has been working with you directly on this matter. It was found that your Wrangler has a severely bent tailgate. You stated the wind caught it and blew it open too far. Mark Leslie explained to you that this is an insurance claim and to call your insurance company. You contested this fact for two weeks; calling Chrysler and wanting it covered by warranty. You refused to call your insurance company and ended up taking the vehicle. A warranty does not pay for physical damage to the vehicle. You need to contact your insurance company and put in a claim for your vehicle.
