I do not understand why I have to be in your data base for a parts Department or Manager to answer your phone. This does not make sense to me. As a business owner for over 18 years myself, I would be ashamed if my parts department did not answer phones. I was directed from University Dodge Ram to give Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram a call because they told me you had the part in stock that I needed. No worries, no need to answer your phone I purchased the part from central Florida and the best part is they got my $780. Also I do not need to be in your data base because that dealership answers their phones.
