Terrible service. Zero accommodation. Expect the vehicle to sit there for weeks just to provide a software update. No loaner vehicles. Manufacture required recall and Zero accommodation. In my 21 years of vehicle ownership and dealing with many vehicles and many different brands, this is the worst experience by far.
