Service department drop the ball pretty bad on our company Ram vehicle, took them over a month to fix it charge us $4.000 + and a month after vehicle got damaged again, they want us to pay $16.000+ fo company Ram vehicle, took them over a month to fix it charge us $4.000 + and a month after vehicle got damaged again, they want us to pay $16.000+ for new motor , we took it to another Ram Dealer and find out the transmission was the problem, they also charged us $2.000 for transmission fixing 3 months before what a bad diagnosis for a commercial fleet vehicle, nino the advisor had no clue what happened also the service manager Steve was lost in the case , poor management. More
