The attention and work done at the dealer was very good, but my score is bad because the loan car system is very bad. When I left my car you sent me to a rental company where they could only give me a Jeep but my score is bad because the loan car system is very bad. When I left my car you sent me to a rental company where they could only give me a Jeep brand car and the only Jeep car they had did not meet the minimum hygiene requirements and was the worse model and trim. Leaving aside this bad experience, I believe that you as a dealer should give me a loaner car that is better than the one I have to motivate me to replace it with a new car. In my case in particular, next year the 3 Jeep leases that I have expire and I am not very sure which cars to replace with and I think that if I had received a more modern Wrangler or a 392 on loan I would have been more excited, it is my humble opinion.
