LEGENDS- MARK JULIO If it wasn’t for Mark and Julio I honestly don’t know how I would be able to get anything done at the aventura service center. Then you have Mark and Julio are complete opposites- these guys genuinely understand my business and customer services needs, to the point they literally exceed my expectations. The advisors are nice but overall the service is mediocre. I’ve been at the same service center on multiple occasions to fix one issue and for some reason it never seems to be fixed. Every time I co mediocre. I’ve been at the same service center on multiple occasions to fix one issue and for some reason it never seems to be fixed. Every time I come back they charge me a sum of money for the same problem, at a certain point it just feels like a cash grab. I got charged $1000 to change two batteries and to reexamine the same issue I’ve been there multiple times for. Also, they take your car for days and don’t really care how you get around or offer you any other solution for transportation. I feel like the empathy isn’t there and it’s just all about business and money. More
