This was my worst experience I’ve ever had at service center. I was told it was going to be a 2 week repair and due to back ordered parts my car sat in the lot for a month. I finally decided to pull the center. I was told it was going to be a 2 week repair and due to back ordered parts my car sat in the lot for a month. I finally decided to pull the car out with no repair and trade it in for a different brand. Both my service advisor and the manager were terrible at communication, to the point where I needed to go to the dealership in person just to get answers. Also, I drove my jeep in for service and when I decided to take it out with no repairs it no longer drove even though “it was never touched.” This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never drive jeep again because of them. More
