Arrived at 8am for the 25k miles service. Was told the car was goi g to be ready at 9:30 so I wait for it. Waiting area was depressing, very basic. I haven't been back since May of this year at the time I found it to be chaotic. i took my truck in for a engine lite and it sat on your lot for 4 weeks with nothing being done to it. leased a new vehicle from the dealer, i had to go 3 times to service. first it was the oil at 30% in a brand new vehicle. 2 weeks later the bumper detach from the finder, took 6 weeks to replace . came of ag to service. first it was the oil at 30% in a brand new vehicle. 2 weeks later the bumper detach from the finder, took 6 weeks to replace . came of again after 2 days. it took under 6 weeks or more to replace it, after several calls and trips to the service dept. the dealer couldn't anything. one person even suggested to me to file a lemon lawsuit. I do not blame the service guys. they were very helpful. but, i will never buy, lease, or recommend anyone to that dealership again. FYI, my rate goes to Chrysler, not the service department. More
