leased a new vehicle from the dealer, i had to go 3 times to service. first it was the oil at 30% in a brand new vehicle. 2 weeks later the bumper detach from the finder, took 6 weeks to replace . came of ag to service. first it was the oil at 30% in a brand new vehicle. 2 weeks later the bumper detach from the finder, took 6 weeks to replace . came of again after 2 days. it took under 6 weeks or more to replace it, after several calls and trips to the service dept. the dealer couldn't anything. one person even suggested to me to file a lemon lawsuit. I do not blame the service guys. they were very helpful. but, i will never buy, lease, or recommend anyone to that dealership again. FYI, my rate goes to Chrysler, not the service department. More

After waiting for almost 2 months for the third time to get my bumper fixed on a car that is less than six months old three weeks ago my service advisor Shannon McDonald after I called her three times told get my bumper fixed on a car that is less than six months old three weeks ago my service advisor Shannon McDonald after I called her three times told me that the part just seemed to be picked up that Friday to give her till Monday and she would call me to bring my car in. She never called me. I called back the beginning of this week three times left her messages texts and she hasn’t called back. I called the service manager. Steve left him a message this morning. He never called left a message for him this evening at 4:45 PM. He never called back. This will be the fourth time that I’ve had to bring this car in to be repaired and the car is only six months old. I will look into enacting the lemon law if this third time the bumper is not fixed permanently. More
