Recall and Oil Change Called and advised I had received the second recall notice for my Jeep Liberty. The service advisor said to bring it in. I asked if they could fix it Called and advised I had received the second recall notice for my Jeep Liberty. The service advisor said to bring it in. I asked if they could fix it and he said Yes bring it in. I decided to do an oil change while I waited for the problem to be resolved. To my dismay I waited a long time only to be presented with a bill for $46.00 for an oil change ( this is a rip off) and to be told they could not do the recall because they did not have the part. Very Very dissatisfied with this action. I am still waiting to get my Liberty fixed. More

I called the warranty department to find out that a) the service department never actually called to inquire if the product was under warranty and b) the product was actually covered. Also, while my car was in service, I asked for an estimate on how much it would cost them to replace my fog light bulbs that I would provide. My service advisor told me it would take 30 minutes and it would cost approximately $60. I said thank but no thanks, went home, and replaced my bulbs in less than 5 minutes. I don't appreciate being lied to, deceived, and bamboozled for money You will never get my business again and I'll make sure never to refer your company. More
