Service representative David Morais is great! I bought my Jeep Compass in July 2016. I've been to the dealer several times for oil changes and other matters. David Morias has been my Service Rep I bought my Jeep Compass in July 2016. I've been to the dealer several times for oil changes and other matters. David Morias has been my Service Representative on most of the occasions. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Don't waste your time . Dropped my car for an appt . For a covered service . No one in the service dept called . I went back to the dealership to find out the status of my service call . Have to order parts . Had to leave car overnight . Well call you around 9 am . Next day after calling 12 times I went again to the shop . Part did not come . Still no phone call . 2:00 afternoon . Parts didn't come in . I need a loaner . We can't help . I'm just gonna be a pain till something happens . Service guy gets permission for a rloaner . Walks out into the shop , comes back 5 minutes later with my car keys and a bill for 450$ . . Extended warranty is crap . The customer service is crap . More

Not only has the customer service been horrendous, but they received payment from the insurance company and cashed it on 12/1/16. Yet, I still do not have my car! They make nothing but excuses and now they flat out lie to me saying that the tech is behind in installing my replacement engine that arrived. However, today, I was told they don't even have the engine that was paid for almost two months ago!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I really did not have a choice of service shops when my van got flooded in a freak thunderstorm that Saturday night as they were only one of very few repair shops in the towing radius that took late night drop offs. I thought it was a safe bet that they were a dealership. I could not have been more wrong! It appears as if they have stolen the insurance money and are now holding my car hostage. No one really takes my calls much less returns my messages. I live in Palm Beach Gardens, so I cannot readily drive there. This is such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! This is my second time using Aventura Chrysler jeep services for my vehicle. The first time I visited there I walked into the lobby and all the agent This is my second time using Aventura Chrysler jeep services for my vehicle. The first time I visited there I walked into the lobby and all the agent at there desk looked up at me then put there heads back down. I Stood there for a few seconds in shock that no one acknowledgement me, then I finally walked over to one of the agents desk and said hello, can please get some help. The agent David said what can i do for you? never taking his eyes off his computer, I paused to get his full attention when I didn't respond to him he then looked up at me. I then said im here to get an oil change. which he was very rude and snappy with me. we walked out side to take a look at my car David then made a nasty remark to me, " you don't Just want to buy a new car". I said no i can't afford a new car right now. It was very offensive to me. when i came back later to pick my car up the cashier was obnoxious with the worst attitude. I felt at that point that everyone here must be bad day so i let it go. I went in again today and it was even worst when I came to pick up my car the cashier didn't have my service order, she looked in the box and didn't see it i guess then she just sat there i waited a 14 minutes then said to her how much longer is this going to be she said to me i don't have your paper work. I then told her my rep called and told me the car will be ready in 30 minutes and i waited an hour before I came over. She then said i don't have t here, i the said ok i have to get back to work can you please call someone or find out something she sat there a couple more minutes doing nothing i then started to get frustrated with her lack of urgency and she finally got up and said i will go on his desk ad look for the key. She then walked back and asked me what kind of car do I have. She then left again and came back with the wrong key. I asked for the manager she says there's no manager he already left, but she can get me the shop manager Artt, he never came. the cashier then came back and said if i don't mind waiting 10 to 15 minuets for them to finish up. I told her they will have to drop it off to me because i have to go back to work which is not too far away. she then walked away again ad came back with the service order I paid $589 to have my breaks changed. I then asked the cashier for a number for the general manager there she then tells me she has no number for the manager. and the car will be on the side, i went out to the side of the dealership and waited a good five minutes no one came with my car. so at this point im angry and even more frustrated so i walked into the service area where they were hanging around talking and laughing. I walked over and told them to give me my keys so I can leave. the shop manager Artt came over and gave me my keys... overall this is the worst worst experience anywhere before and i would not spend another dime of my money there. More
