Julio is kind but I will definitely not visit again, ever. I will not buy a Jeep again...coming from BMW / Lexus. 3 hours for an oil change. 745am - appointment to drop off my vehicle. 815am - saw m ever. I will not buy a Jeep again...coming from BMW / Lexus. 3 hours for an oil change. 745am - appointment to drop off my vehicle. 815am - saw my rep 915am - I was told there was no rental cars except one, smelled like cigarettes, had not been cleaned and no gas (I have 4 car seats, I confirmed that I would be OK with only 2 car seats) 930am - I spoke to manager, second desk on left (he assured me that he would handle Mon - Wed, 2 weeks max) He never called me, until I called and left 2 messages...never made anything happened. I hounded my rep for 2 weeks...I got another 745am...same thing....I left. SHAME ON YOU, YOUR SERVICE AND REPUTATION ARE DONE!! I will continue, endlessly, until everyone knows how ba dyour business is. More
