This has been going on for the 2 1/2 years I have used this service department, so it's not just the recalls. Check out the reviews and do your research before using this dealership. Had to go directly to the Jeep Customer Service HQ 1-877-426-5337 in order to get anything done . They obviously are understaffed, and not well managed. A real shame for the Jeep reputation.... obviously I love Jeeps and this being my 3rd, however this will be the last until I live near a better service center. The service manager uses excuses like "blame Jeep for the recall", not acknowledging that the customer is not being serviced, or provided a resolution. David Morais has always been professional and courteous, the problem is stemming from the ownership and management. More

My car left me stranded on what would have otherwise been a nice day at the beach, I had it towed to the dealership. I was greeted by David Morais by my name as he remembered me from previous visits. He asked me what was wrong and assusred me I would be taken care of. It appeared the shifter cable needed replacement he gave me an estimate and told me he would get the ball rolling to make sure I had my car back as soon as possible. The next day I got a call in the morning letting me know my car was ready. Its customer service like this that could turn someones day around as there is never a good time for your car to need service. More
