Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

My only complaint is that the loaner vehicle provided to me and billed to Jeep Wave (no charge to me) had a $5 charge to me for an administrative fee for the surpass transponder on the vehicle even though I me and billed to Jeep Wave (no charge to me) had a $5 charge to me for an administrative fee for the surpass transponder on the vehicle even though I did not use any toll roads and had my own transponder. I think this charge is petty and I've never had a similar experience with such a charge at any other dealer with a complimentary loaner nor was such a fee charged when the loaners used to be provided by Enterprise.
