They are working hard to make this a better dealership and.. This Aventura dealership and especially the my service specialist, David Marais, who has been there for years has always been great! ... ( I only had to yell a couple of times when they didn't have enough specialists trained to fix my car and had to go to a dif dealership which was a pain.... now... I heard they are doing a lot to change a lot of things in the dealership which I can already see and feel a difference. The new Service Manager was excellent too, a real surprise. I was there for a new transmission for my jeep that was still under warranty and they made the service in only 2 days. Wow. I was warned that it would take days of leaving my car! Not so. They also gave me a rental. These guys mean business... "new business". Thanks David Marais, and new Service Manger, Diango Barreiro! Yes, I am happier! More

Aventura Chrysler needs to learn that for a company to grow customer service needs to be in place thereby creating a solid customer base which in turn will bring them referrals . Customer service for those whom work with customers know this is something which is present thoughout the entire process not only when you take their money for the first time. Aventura cost me and my family our only vacation / anniversary due to their lack of customer service , common sense and lies. My experience / nightmare with the "Aventura service department" was the worst I have come across which if this site allowed negative star rating than they would deserve them all. Its your birthday and anniversary at which point you decide to take a road trip. prior to the trip the vehicle is checked and all thumbs up. Granted drove over 1k miles sensor comes on reasonable. Called Aventura Chrysler whom stated they could have the car ready by the following business day( 02/29/2016). and quoted a price of $555 (parts and labor not tax) for the replacement of an EGR valve, tire balance and rotation. Three days later after i kept calling several times daily I was finally informed the vehicle was checked I needed the piece which was discussed yet that I could not get it for the entire state of Florida did not have it. In an effort of saving the only vacation my family has had in some time I start to call several dealers in search of the piece and was able to locate the part in various dealers yet Aventura stated they could not get the piece not even if I paid for it. I became highly upset and reached out to Chrysler whom also could not believe what Aventura said or tried to tell me (BS). I drove 3hr to get the piece in hopes of having my car ready on the 4th day. My car was given to me on the 6th day without all services being performed for Daniel the "service rep" did not believe possible damage to the wheel was necessary. Granted I flipped out to the point my wife took my son outside. At which point Alex (mechanic) came over to fix the wheel. What made this worse was when the bill came ($637) and Daniel stated I was given a discount due to my issues (1 day repair took 6, buying the piece required $219, interrupted vacation / anniversary, and had to stay locked indoors more than should for did not have a car for rental was a risk not knowing possible charges) One would say thats bad it cant get any worse yet here is the kicker that night I go out with the family and those whom had been helping us out while on "vacation" and the car starts to leak fluid like crazy). Please note the car never did this in the 4 yr i have had it and it is only serviced at Chrysler service departments. I take the car to AutoNation Chrysler and they state I have a broken water pump ? Which if Aventura did their job correct the pump would not have been required ($800+) and or was damaged while there. AVENTURA HAS PLACED CHRYSLER IN A NEW LIGHT WITHIN MY EYES AND THOSE WHOM I KNOW. More

Mr. Torres gave detailed and knowledgeable information, and made the "write up" process "painless". Mr. Torres is prompt and let me know of any developments, and of course, when to pick up my Jeep. Recall and Oil Change Called and advised I had received the second recall notice for my Jeep Liberty. The service advisor said to bring it in. I asked if they could fix it and he said Yes bring it in. I decided to do an oil change while I waited for the problem to be resolved. To my dismay I waited a long time only to be presented with a bill for $46.00 for an oil change ( this is a rip off) and to be told they could not do the recall because they did not have the part. Very Very dissatisfied with this action. I am still waiting to get my Liberty fixed. More

I called the warranty department to find out that a) the service department never actually called to inquire if the product was under warranty and b) the product was actually covered. Also, while my car was in service, I asked for an estimate on how much it would cost them to replace my fog light bulbs that I would provide. My service advisor told me it would take 30 minutes and it would cost approximately $60. I said thank but no thanks, went home, and replaced my bulbs in less than 5 minutes. I don't appreciate being lied to, deceived, and bamboozled for money You will never get my business again and I'll make sure never to refer your company. More
