Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! This is my second time using Aventura Chrysler jeep services for my vehicle. The first time I visited there I walked into the lobby and all the agent This is my second time using Aventura Chrysler jeep services for my vehicle. The first time I visited there I walked into the lobby and all the agent at there desk looked up at me then put there heads back down. I Stood there for a few seconds in shock that no one acknowledgement me, then I finally walked over to one of the agents desk and said hello, can please get some help. The agent David said what can i do for you? never taking his eyes off his computer, I paused to get his full attention when I didn't respond to him he then looked up at me. I then said im here to get an oil change. which he was very rude and snappy with me. we walked out side to take a look at my car David then made a nasty remark to me, " you don't Just want to buy a new car". I said no i can't afford a new car right now. It was very offensive to me. when i came back later to pick my car up the cashier was obnoxious with the worst attitude. I felt at that point that everyone here must be bad day so i let it go. I went in again today and it was even worst when I came to pick up my car the cashier didn't have my service order, she looked in the box and didn't see it i guess then she just sat there i waited a 14 minutes then said to her how much longer is this going to be she said to me i don't have your paper work. I then told her my rep called and told me the car will be ready in 30 minutes and i waited an hour before I came over. She then said i don't have t here, i the said ok i have to get back to work can you please call someone or find out something she sat there a couple more minutes doing nothing i then started to get frustrated with her lack of urgency and she finally got up and said i will go on his desk ad look for the key. She then walked back and asked me what kind of car do I have. She then left again and came back with the wrong key. I asked for the manager she says there's no manager he already left, but she can get me the shop manager Artt, he never came. the cashier then came back and said if i don't mind waiting 10 to 15 minuets for them to finish up. I told her they will have to drop it off to me because i have to go back to work which is not too far away. she then walked away again ad came back with the service order I paid $589 to have my breaks changed. I then asked the cashier for a number for the general manager there she then tells me she has no number for the manager. and the car will be on the side, i went out to the side of the dealership and waited a good five minutes no one came with my car. so at this point im angry and even more frustrated so i walked into the service area where they were hanging around talking and laughing. I walked over and told them to give me my keys so I can leave. the shop manager Artt came over and gave me my keys... overall this is the worst worst experience anywhere before and i would not spend another dime of my money there. More

Telephone ran and rang and hung up. Receptionist finally answered after one hang up and about 20 minutes of ringing. This needs improvement. Horrible experience! I dropped my Jeep wrangler off on a tuesday morning. Lili was my advisor and we spoke tuesday afternoon. She said they were busy, but would get starte I dropped my Jeep wrangler off on a tuesday morning. Lili was my advisor and we spoke tuesday afternoon. She said they were busy, but would get started on my car wednesday morning. I called for an update Wednesday, and she said she would talk to me by 7pm with an update. She not only failed to call me, but it went all the way till 7pm on Thursday without me hearing from her. I also would call in, leave messages, and never get a real live person on the phone. So from the time she was supposed to contact me with an update, 7pm wednesday, it went all the way till friday morning without me hearing from anybody. At this point i had to drive all the way to the dealership just to get an update. When i got there, She didn't even know who i was. Lili also still did not even have an update, and i found my jeep sitting in their lot, untouched. At this point i just took my jeep off their lot and went to find someone else who can fix it. I understand if their shop was very busy and full of vehicles, but it is still the service rep's job to communicate that to a customer. In fact, all the dealerships with great customer service would just let someone know the wait time up front, or even suggest not dropping the car off yet. I have had multiple dealerships in the past say something like "if you leave it with us now, it wont get touched for 3 days, you might as well keep it to use it, we'll put you in the queu, and bring it back in 3 days". Lili not only failed to set the right expectation, she failed to communicate with me at all, on any level. The work i needed done on my jeep was very simple and was a few hours of work. Instead my jeep sat at their lot for 4 days, and my time was wasted. More

Very Prompt Service for a Recall Grand Cherokee recalled because of hazardous transmission issue. Was able to make an appointment for the day after I called.
