With all honest i would definitely recommended anyone to invest in a private mechanic shop then the actually dealership . I paid over 2,000 dollars and still was having issues with the problem i was told ha invest in a private mechanic shop then the actually dealership . Service Center at this dealer is severely understaffed. Typical wait time for service is 2-3 weeks, unless you're doing an just an oil change. 2-3 weeks before a tech even looks at your vehicle and can dia Typical wait time for service is 2-3 weeks, unless you're doing an just an oil change. 2-3 weeks before a tech even looks at your vehicle and can diagnose the problem. If parts need to be ordered , then , depending on the part could be another 2 days to 7 days for that. Other dealers in the area are not much better... Dont expect much and dont expect a loaner car while yours is in the shop. Dealer needs to double their tech staff and needs to run a 2nd shift to catch up. More
