When i dropped off my car i was told i would be getting a call the following day,which would be Friday. That did not happen, On Monday at 8am i called to get an update and was told the mechanic was taking a call the following day,which would be Friday. That did not happen, On Monday at 8am i called to get an update and was told the mechanic was taking a look and that i would receive a called with in an hour. Nothing again and had to call in again around 2 pm and was finally told the status of the car. Due to terrible communication and ridiculous price for a tune up i decided to go else where for my services. I was told i would be receiving a call that same day to pick up my car but of i did not receive any call and had to go in hoping my car was ready for pick up. As i waited for my car, I overheard at least 4 other customers complaining about the same thing. More

I was not happy. I went to get a service in April, at that time my car was under warranty. They were seriously backed up, due to covid. I could not get an appt, they I went to get a service in April, at that time my car was under warranty. They were seriously backed up, due to covid. I could not get an appt, they said they were 30 days behind. I returned last week, and was told "Sorry your warranty is expired, we can only give you a ten percent discount." $600 later, the jeep still stalls, and I feel like it was not my fault the dealership was backed up, my warranty should have been honored, or due to the back up, a 50% discount should have been applied. I think I am done with Jeep, I had a Honda before, they always treated me fairly. You asked, I told you! More
