During my visit I was asked to buy 4 new tires with additional cost for mounting and balancing. The total cost of which was well over $1000. When I was never asked to perform a tire rotation to minimi additional cost for mounting and balancing. The total cost of which was well over $1000. When I was never asked to perform a tire rotation to minimize the wear and tear on my tires. The gentleman at the desk was quick to explain that it is not he's reponsibilty to tell me about how to care for my vehicle without me requesting it. I told him it was strange that they've never suggested tire rotation but they are suggesting tire replacement wich could have been delayed with rotations during my past 4 visits. He went back to explaining how the care of my car is my personal responsibility. And I explained to him that I'm not an expert with car and base my desision on suggestions to increase the longevity of everything on Jeeps cost effectively. I may be incorrect with my stance, please clarify. More
