I dropped off my keys to get an oil change and to have 1 key reprogrammed because it was not working. I was told it would be ready by 5pm. I needed my vehicle by 5pm. I never got a phone call, so I just key reprogrammed because it was not working. I was told it would be ready by 5pm. I needed my vehicle by 5pm. I never got a phone call, so I just decided to go back to the shop to pick it up hoping they got it done but just didn't call. Instead I was there and they did the oil change but never looked at the keys and told me they wouldn't get to it for 3 days. Why tell me it will be ready by 5 if its not going to be ready for days? I could have found somewhere else to go. While I was there, there was another customer who was asked to drop his vehicle off for 2 weeks in order to be worked on. I have been told this before as well. Why does the vehicle have to sit there for you to be able to get to it in 2 weeks? People have to drive to work. The response from the teller was that there are 15 other people that also have to do the same thing... My question is why? Why do you want to have 20 vehicles sit in your parking lot instead of making an appointment 2 weeks from now when I only have to leave it for a day or 2? More
