While I appreciate your cut and paste response, it’s simply that. If you would care, then what has happened to me would not have happened. I have complained so many times trying to get a call back or even an answer. Your dealership needs from the top all the way down to be either retrain or rehire the correct people. The lack of care for customers at the Aventura location is quite embarrassing. There is absolutely nothing at this point you can do for me or anyone I know to ever go to this location. I had to get Chrysler corporate involved because that is how bad the level of service this was. Complete disregard for anyone here. I can’t say it’s the service advisor only fault but the fact they they lie for the dealership and go without ever following up is a joke. Why don’t you take the time to actually review the Google reviews and see how people are reacting. You can’t blame this on the pandemic or the lack of people working. If at least the people you had working there have a 1/4 of care and bothered to really care for the customers this would not happen. Shameful to see.
