Very painful experience! I came in for a routine alignment around 10am. I asked for a service vehicle and they said they couldn’t for an alignment. My service rep said I s I came in for a routine alignment around 10am. I asked for a service vehicle and they said they couldn’t for an alignment. My service rep said I should be done at 3:00pm. My car did not get on the lift until about 3pm. I kept checking in to see if my vehicle was ready and nothing. They said they needed to keep the truck and then they finally gave me a rental. I had a loaner from Friday to Monday. I picked up the car Monday and drive to my office in Miami. During that drive I noticed that the front end was worst than when I brought it in. They told me the only way to resolve the issue is to bring it back. I said no, I will bring it to another dealership. What a complete waste of time and lack of respect from this service department. No professionalism whatsoever. More

My Truck Was Diagnosed 2 Times For Feul Issues (I Authorize For A Deep Diagnose After First Diagnosis Couldn't ID The Issue;Work). Fast Forward A Month Later, My Truck Was Admitted Into Service For Authorize For A Deep Diagnose After First Diagnosis Couldn't ID The Issue;Work). Fast Forward A Month Later, My Truck Was Admitted Into Service For Another Issue. After Getting It Out, The Very Same Day My Car Was Towed Back To This Dealership Repair. Now The Very Same Issue Exist About Fuel From My 1st Vist. I'm Being Told That I Need To Authorize Another Feul Diagnose/Repair. Apparently, This Dealer Is Fixing The Wrong Parts & I'm Being Charged For It Repeatedly. #HelpMeHoward More
