RUN! !! Cost me $8,498.00 for warranty-covered repairs. this is the 2nd time this location put me into a financial hole for a warranty repair. Horrible l !! If you have a warranty it does not matter. Be prepared for rental fees to cover a few months or buy a 2nd car. They do not show accountability, are not reliable, and have bad customer service. 121 days in the shop to get "ROAD TRIP READY!" fixing warranty-covered repairs. My vehicle was returned with added issues. "NOT ROAD TRIP..." Check engine light on, No TPM not responding, Broken windshield-wiper hose Service cost = $352 Rental cost = $6,990.00. + $356. deposit Added rental auto policy after 30 days = $800.00 More

Brought the Jeep in on Monday the manager asked me to come back Tuesday which I did over an hour round trip. I needed an oil change. Tire balance rotate and they did a software update. It took 4 hours. T come back Tuesday which I did over an hour round trip. I needed an oil change. Tire balance rotate and they did a software update. It took 4 hours. They never did the tire balance or rotate or tell me that they didn't do it. They just put on the bill. No charge when I called and spoke to the manager. Steve, he told me he would refund the $250. They charged me for resetting the tire air pressure, it didn't work for five minutes again!! Unacceptable in so many ways! More
