When people proclaim that you can't trust anything a salesperson says unless it's in writing...believe them. I was told that the service department still had the second key and that the dealer would get salesperson says unless it's in writing...believe them. Now it's more than a week after the sale and my sales team...Walter, Victor, and Adan won't call or return a text message. It's very rare to find a dealer these days with integrity or a strong moral compass. More

Let me preface my review by sharing that I visited this dealership because I was interested in a specific pre-owned vehicle that was advertised at a fair price with very low mileage. Otherwise, I would have chosen a dealership closer to my home. The demeanor of both individuals I worked with was pleasant. However, upon review of the paperwork that I signed, which was completed at a very fast pace (premeditatedly designed that way in order to prevent close inspection and further inquiry and potential debate on additional questionable charges included), I was very displeased with the following: 1. Initial paperwork presented to me by the salesperson stated that the trade-in value the dealer was offering was $29,960. However, at signing, the trade-in price then read $28,000. (Shortage of -$1,960) 2. During the financing process, I WAS offered two additional upcharges: (a) Gap- For which I agreed. (b) Extended Warranty- For which I declined. No other optional added services or warranties were verbally reviewed or mentioned to me. However, once I reviewed the paperwork I signed, I WAS NOT told that the following optional costs were just automatically tacked on to the financing price WITHOUT my explicit approval, as it was for Gap and Extended Warranty. 1. Towbuster Benefit = 275 2. Traceable Theft Protection Benefit- $299 3. Maintenance/Service- $353 4. Tire/Wheel/Dent/Key Replacement- $699 5. Premium Appearance Protection- $599 6. Lojack- $999 Total additional optional costs tacked on to financing without my approval = $3,224!!!! $3,224 + $1,960 = A loss of $5,184 that was tacked on to my total financing charge! Would I recommend this dealership? Only after I provide my testimonial and warning so that the purchaser can be informed about the business practices of this dealership. More
