I’ve never been so disrespected by a dealership in my life. My husband and I visited this dealership after doing extensive research on the market and car buying process. The sales rep we were dealing wit life. My husband and I visited this dealership after doing extensive research on the market and car buying process. The sales rep we were dealing with was new, so once it came time to discuss numbers, he had to bring in more experienced staff, which is perfectly understandable. However, things took a turn when I started asking questions. It became clear that David, one of the more experienced reps, didn’t appreciate me challenging or clarifying details. His tone became increasingly disrespectful and condescending, which was shocking and unprofessional. The situation escalated when, instead of addressing my concerns, David literally ripped up the deal sheet in front of us and declared the deal was off. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he walked away making snide remarks, including something along the lines of, “You won’t find that deal anywhere else.” This was particularly frustrating since the incentives were straight from the manufacturer, not something exclusive to the dealership. This level of unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect is unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice before trusting them with your business. More
