My biggest concern was that I was given a $45,000 vehicle that vibrates when you brake, two batteries died on it, an engine recall that was ignored, Had to bring it back for 3 days and I had to rent a car wh that vibrates when you brake, two batteries died on it, an engine recall that was ignored, Had to bring it back for 3 days and I had to rent a car which I had to pay for. When people proclaim that you can't trust anything a salesperson says unless it's in writing...believe them. I was told that the service department still had the second key and that the dealer would get salesperson says unless it's in writing...believe them. I was told that the service department still had the second key and that the dealer would get it to me later, since service was already closed. Now it's more than a week after the sale and my sales team...Walter, Victor, and Adan won't call or return a text message. It's very rare to find a dealer these days with integrity or a strong moral compass. More
