EXTREMELY POOR! !! Brought my car in on Tuesday morning for Oil/Filter Change, Tire rotation and lights on dashboard. Was told oil/filter & tires would be now, whil !! By 5:00pm my car STILL was NOT even looked at!!! Car was NOT touched until late, Friday afternoon and was NOT ready until Saturday!!!!! More

Next, I set up a day to come by the dealership to view the car as well as test drive it. Met the salesperson, Marc Buchbinder, and he was friendly professional and extremely geniune in his approach. He showed me the vehicle and my daughter test drove it. We negotiated the car price and I was able to get a great deal. Went over to the finance department and met with Laura. She was friendly, direct and provided me with additional options to choose from before finalizing the paperwork. All in all, it was an amazing experience with the dealership. My daughter is happy with her car and I am happy with the upmost professionalism and great people working for the dealership. THANKS!! More

Had to knock a couple stars off because my ram only came with one key… and they didn’t mention it until I was about to drive away… then a week later I learn the was a missing stabilizer link in the rear tha with one key… and they didn’t mention it until I was about to drive away… then a week later I learn the was a missing stabilizer link in the rear that someone had removed, I live 3 hours from the dealership so it’s on me now.
