Worst service I have had at a service dept. Drop of my car on Saturday and the service adviser got in contact with me on Thursday on what needs to be done to my vehicle. This dealership in totally unreliable. I bought a car on October 13, I paid in full including getting my car registered in N.Y.. at this time 3months later NY motor vehicle department has I bought a car on October 13, I paid in full including getting my car registered in N.Y.. at this time 3months later NY motor vehicle department has not received any paperwork. I paid all fees and taxes upfront and am not able to get a temporary plate from the dealer. I have been dealing with Mike Katz. He has been in responsive to numerous phone call and texts. He communicated to me and BBB that these things have been taken care of. As of this morning I don’t have a proper temporary plate and NY MVD HAS NO Paperwork. Are you able to help me. More
