I would like to give them 5 stars, but I just can't with the after the sale issues that I have been having. During the presale process they were very responsive answering all my questions. Since I picked up the vehicle 2 weeks ago, I still have not received the second key to the new vehicle purchased along with the owner's manual and the Jeep all weather floors that were to be included per the window sticker. To date I have been unable to reach the sales person or get a call back. Several phone calls into the dealership with no response. Not asking for anything extra, just what should be included when a new vehicle is purchased. At the time of delivery, I was told that these items were "locked" in the service department. Michael in Finance was fantastic! He made the financing entertaining. He gets 5 stars! More
