I recently purchased a 2023 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack from Aventura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and the experience was nothing short of exhilarating. This Black Friday, my wife and I returned to purchase a from Aventura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and the experience was nothing short of exhilarating. This Black Friday, my wife and I returned to purchase a new 2023 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. From the moment we laid eyes on its aggressive stance and bold design, I knew this car was something special. Walter Roman was once again incredibly helpful, making the buying process smooth and enjoyable with his willingness to show us all the available inventory. The staff at Aventura are very knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles, and they were eager to assist us. Michael Katz also played a crucial role by efficiently handling all the paperwork and clearly explaining the available options. We also noted that Aventura’s inventory is impressive, with excellent selected options in each model. This made the buying process much easier, as all we had to do was decide on the color. I had a stressful experience with the Jeep repair service. It’s not a good business model to keep a car for three days before even taking a look at it, and I suspect this was due to a lack of personn service. It’s not a good business model to keep a car for three days before even taking a look at it, and I suspect this was due to a lack of personnel. The service advisor was friendly and helpful when I initially interacted with them, but then they disappeared afterward, possibly due to high volume. Ultimately, the customer should not have to bear the cost in car rental due to a business’s operational shortcomings on top of the already high dealer service fees. More
