Sales Manager by the name of Guillermo was awesome. He had excellent communication skills and was very considerate.The Finance Manager by the last name of Katz only caused trouble throughout the proces He had excellent communication skills and was very considerate.The Finance Manager by the last name of Katz only caused trouble throughout the process. He was overcharging by $4,000 for the total price of the car and only with Guillermo's help the total price was corrected. The errors and incompetency by Katz continued by putting the wrong color of the car in the registration. He definitely needs training on both his communication skills and learn to be more diligent and enter correct information such as color of the car on registration or the total price that had been agreed. Guillermo should coach him as he is a stellar employee. More

First time i took my car to this dealer for service, i appreciated the customer service even if they backed up with work that day when i dropped it off.
