After having a terrible experience with another dealership just hours before, I arrived at Aventura Jeep where Guillermo saved my car buying experience. This being my first time buying a car, he was very patient and explained everything clearly so I could understand and make an informed decision. He even helped when it came to registering my new car with my insurance! Christian, another salesman, was also very supportive throughout the process and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. Christian had helped me a couple weeks prior when I came in to ask questions and test drive a few Jeeps. These guys were the dream team and I'm so very grateful and happy with the whole process and my new Jeep! More

I got an email with a great price on a 2019 Ram Rebel. When the "deal" was presented to me the listed price was several thousand dollars over the email price. The manager, Alex, first asked where I got the price. He asked if it was a third party website or where. I said it was directly from them. He then said that the dealership website was being updated and the numbers may not be correct. I explained that the dealership had emailed me the lower amount. It was not from the website. When I showed him the email, he stated, "there is no way we can sell the truck for that price." He FLASHED a copy of the KBB value for my truck. It was the lowest category value available, (fair trade-in), with higher mileage than my truck actually had on it and no adds for the factory upgrades. I would never recommend this business to ANYONE looking to purchase a vehicle. It seems weird that NONE of the personnel I dealt with are listed on their website. More

I had one month left in my current lease of a 2017 Dodge Durango, which was leased from a different dealership. The salesperson (who is no longer working at the dealership) and the sales manager were well aware of the fact that we had one remaining payment on my prior lease and agreed to absorb the last payment as part of the new lease transaction. It was because of this that my wife and I agreed not to wait until our current lease had expired before consummating the transaction for a new vehicle. We have since been made aware that the dealership did not include this as one of the deal terms and we are responsible to make the last lease payment on a vehicle of which we are no longer in possession. One would think that the dealership would have recognized their error and, in the interest of customer service and desire to build a relationship (it should be noted that the new Jeep is the sixth Chrysler Dodge Jeep vehicle that we have leased/bought), would have found a way to resolve the matter in a satisfactory way. However, we were told, in not so many words, tough luck. Not the ideal way to begin a relationship with a dealership. More
I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. The service was relatively quick. When I was given my car back, I noticed that my tires weren't rotated. The staff insisted that all work inspection. The service was relatively quick. When I was given my car back, I noticed that my tires weren't rotated. The staff insisted that all work had been completed but, I have a scratch on one of my wheels. After mentioning the scratch, they took my car back and switched it. When I left, I noticed a thumping coming from the front driver's side tire. A few days later I was able to return and the same advisor met with me. After checking, they realized that the bolts were not properly secured on that tire. This could have been a disaster but I'm glad it was a quick fix. This is the closest Dodge to my home but I am considering traveling elsewhere for better and safer service. More
