This has been going on for the 2 1/2 years I have used this service department, so it's not just the recalls. Check out the reviews and do your research before using this dealership. Had to go directly to the Jeep Customer Service HQ 1-877-426-5337 in order to get anything done . They obviously are understaffed, and not well managed. A real shame for the Jeep reputation.... obviously I love Jeeps and this being my 3rd, however this will be the last until I live near a better service center. The service manager uses excuses like "blame Jeep for the recall", not acknowledging that the customer is not being serviced, or provided a resolution. David Morais has always been professional and courteous, the problem is stemming from the ownership and management. More

First, it was not clear when they showed me the numbers for t Regarding to the leasing process and financial aspect, the service has been really poor. First, it was not clear when they showed me the numbers for the monthly payment, as I was told one amount and at the moment of signature that amount was without taxes so it increased. Secondly, I gave my car as an exchange, valued in 31,000 usd, this transaction was made a month ago and as for today, they haven't paid me yet but they kept my car, so I recommend everyone to bare these aspects in mind at the moment of the transaction. Regarding to the sales process, I was attended by Kevin Chery with great attendance and follow up from the beginning; personal service was great, he understood perfectly my needs and offered me what I needed.
