Sold my car to somebody else !!! "WHAT? REALLY? YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME". That was my response when my salesman Garrett Beckherms told me his boss/sales manager Louis Morici sold my ca "WHAT? REALLY? YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME". That was my response when my salesman Garrett Beckherms told me his boss/sales manager Louis Morici sold my car to somebody else on Garrett's day off. 11 days ago I gave a $1000 CASH deposit on a van after agreeing to their "best" price which was posted right on the internet- they did not budge 1 penny on price- I agreed to pay EXACTLY what they posted on the internet. They have a form called "We Owe You" and I wrote in the things they agreed to repair/touch-up before delivering the vehicle. Specifically they were going to touch-up the front and rear bumpers, replace the rubber gasket (was split) under the roof antenna and repair the middle row captain's chair that would not fold down into the seat. Louis Morici said it would be ready that Thursday or Friday (August 18th or 19th) but more likely Friday. Well Friday came and went. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. So on Monday I asked Garrett if he thought it would be ready by Tuesday because I couldn't pick it up on Wednesday but I could on Tuesday or Thursday (now it's the 25th). Well on Wednesday (24th) my salesman Garrett left this text message quoted EXACTLY word for word- "Hey Man. We're processing your check back to give it to you your refund. The stow and go seat was more of a repair than we expected. Louis had another customer on it that didn't mind certain things that were wrong and sold it. I do apologize for all the inconvenience. The check should be processed by Friday to pick up your $1000 refund”. NO, I DID NOT MAKE THIS STORY UP !!!!! I then called 6 other local Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealerships (none in Miami-Dade county of course after this fiasco) and asked them if they would ever sell a vehicle to somebody else after receiving a deposit from a customer and agreeing to a price and knick-knack repairs to be done to vehicle. They all reacted, "Of course NOT". My salesman Garrett had no control so he's not the problem but you decide if you want to do business with these clowns- I won't. You now can't say you weren't warned. More

Horrible experience! I dropped my Jeep wrangler off on a tuesday morning. Lili was my advisor and we spoke tuesday afternoon. She said they were busy, but would get starte I dropped my Jeep wrangler off on a tuesday morning. Lili was my advisor and we spoke tuesday afternoon. She said they were busy, but would get started on my car wednesday morning. I called for an update Wednesday, and she said she would talk to me by 7pm with an update. She not only failed to call me, but it went all the way till 7pm on Thursday without me hearing from her. I also would call in, leave messages, and never get a real live person on the phone. So from the time she was supposed to contact me with an update, 7pm wednesday, it went all the way till friday morning without me hearing from anybody. At this point i had to drive all the way to the dealership just to get an update. When i got there, She didn't even know who i was. Lili also still did not even have an update, and i found my jeep sitting in their lot, untouched. At this point i just took my jeep off their lot and went to find someone else who can fix it. I understand if their shop was very busy and full of vehicles, but it is still the service rep's job to communicate that to a customer. In fact, all the dealerships with great customer service would just let someone know the wait time up front, or even suggest not dropping the car off yet. I have had multiple dealerships in the past say something like "if you leave it with us now, it wont get touched for 3 days, you might as well keep it to use it, we'll put you in the queu, and bring it back in 3 days". Lili not only failed to set the right expectation, she failed to communicate with me at all, on any level. The work i needed done on my jeep was very simple and was a few hours of work. Instead my jeep sat at their lot for 4 days, and my time was wasted. More

Rick whom I spoke to on the phone greeted me at the door, my sales rep Robert was awesome he explained everything to me and was very patient. Jeff, the finance mgr, really went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Cory made me feel right at home.
