First, it was not clear when they showed me the numbers for the monthly payment, as I was told one amount and at the moment of signature that amount was without taxes so it increased. Secondly, I gave my car as an exchange, valued in 31,000 usd, this transaction was made a month ago and as for today, they haven't paid me yet but they kept my car, so I recommend everyone to bare these aspects in mind at the moment of the transaction. Regarding to the sales process, I was attended by Kevin Chery with great attendance and follow up from the beginning; personal service was great, he understood perfectly my needs and offered me what I needed. My car left me stranded on what would have otherwise been a nice day at the beach, I had it towed to the dealership. I was greeted by David Morais by my name as he remembered me from previous visits. He asked me what was wrong and assusred me I would be taken care of. It appeared the shifter cable needed replacement he gave me an estimate and told me he would get the ball rolling to make sure I had my car back as soon as possible. The next day I got a call in the morning letting me know my car was ready. Its customer service like this that could turn someones day around as there is never a good time for your car to need service. More

I started bringing my car to Aventura Chrysler Jeep af My 2006 Jeep Liberty LTD is well maintained because of my service representative David Morais. I started bringing my car to Aventura Chrysler Jeep after a recall. David got the work done to my satisfaction. Next came AC repair after about 120,000 miles. David and the mechanics working in the service bay got the cold air back for me. Recently my ABS sensors needed replacing after 131,000 miles. Team Aventura / lead by rep David got things back to factory specs. Love my Jeep and the people who keep it running like new. ???????????????????? More
