lied to on multiple occasions Simply put, I was told my part was NOT under warranty and told I needed to pay roughly $400. I called the warranty department to find out that a) the service department never actually called to inquire if the product was under warranty and b) the product was actually covered. Also, while my car was in service, I asked for an estimate on how much it would cost them to replace my fog light bulbs that I would provide. My service advisor told me it would take 30 minutes and it would cost approximately $60. I said thank but no thanks, went home, and replaced my bulbs in less than 5 minutes. I don't appreciate being lied to, deceived, and bamboozled for money You will never get my business again and I'll make sure never to refer your company. More

I asked for assistance and was given a gentleman who said he was the online manager named Cesar Menendez. I then introduced myself and said I would like to test drive a Jeep and his response was 'NO". I said how do you purchase a car without test driving and his response was "you should have made an appointment". ( By the way, I was the only person at the dealership...it was empty) He then agreed unhappily to let me test drive a car but told me I had to make it quick. The jeep he allowed me to test was not even the style i wanted because as he said "they all drive the same". One block into the test drive I said I want my GF to test the car and his response was " we are low on fumes" so she did not get to test it. ( The entire time driving he was in the backseat on the phone with a customer trying to sell a car) Once Back at the dealership I asked what are the base Grand Cherokees leasing for. His response was few K down and in the 800's. When I said seems high for a vehicle in the mid 30s and if he wants to check the computer, his reply rudely was "I know the prices." He obviously did not want to sell a car. I have never been treated so poorly in my life at a car dealership. More

I was looking for a Dodge Challenger with a list of specific things and before I knew it, Mitch had located the car exactly the way I wanted it and told me it would be there the following afternoon. I was so pleased with Mitch and Jason and how friendly and knowledgable they were with me. Definitely pleased with the overall experience with everyone there and I can see myself getting another vehicle there once my lease is up. Sometimes 3's the charm #1. I purchased a 2010 convertible 9 months ago from dealer. I had issues with the car from day one. Long story short Mitch and Oscar went out of thei #1. I purchased a 2010 convertible 9 months ago from dealer. I had issues with the car from day one. Long story short Mitch and Oscar went out of their way to make it right, as best they could. The car was a problem until I brought it back to trade in on something that wasn't a money pit. I was astonished to find out that not only would they find me a car, they also put together a super deal. #2 a brand new True Blue Jeep Patriot! I drove it home in the rain loving the car. The next day I had to take papers back to the dealer. When I got into my new Jeep, there was water dripping into the back of the car. An hour later I drove out in another brand new #3 Jeep. This time it was all black, just beautiful......... I love the new Jeep and I will be back to see Mitch and the gang when I am ready for a new car, in about 10 years or less, I keep a car that long Great people work there, the service department is super (thanx Andrew Slap) More

I went in just to inquire and 2 hours later I left with a new vehicle. Lawrence was very professional and knowledgeable. Mitch was simply amazing. Sebastian put the icing on the cake with very efficient closing. What made this experience different from any other was their efforts to ensure that I left their business completely satisfied.
